FAQ

Phone and PC can't connect?

PresentSync communicates over your local network. Make sure the phone and computer are on the same Wi-Fi, and check that your firewall allows the port PresentSync uses.

Where do I download the desktop app?

Go to the Download page on this site and choose the installer for your platform (Windows or macOS).

How is my data handled?

All collaboration data stays on your local network and never passes through external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What system permissions does the macOS app need?

The slide-navigation feature requires Accessibility permission to simulate keyboard input for Keynote and PowerPoint. The app will guide you the first time, or you can add it manually in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
